Hello, I had the need for a Bio-Hazard company. I researched and found Bio-One of Tucson-EXCELLENT company. I spoke with Christine on the phone, explained my needs, I met with Jessica at the location. Jessica contacted me prior to the meeting, explained to me the ""procedures"" involved. Jessica arrived prior to me, this is a welcomed change of events. Jessica was thorough with here taking of pictures, she wore safety booties and a mask. I asked for some too. She offered to go inside alone and I could wait outside. I accepted this very kind offer. As I waited she asked what I needed to be removed if anything. I gave her my opinion. Once outside after she removed her safety items we continued to talk about options. I received an email within 2 hours of meeting Jessica. All itemized & detailed a place for me to add any further items or questions. Once approved she was able to get me an appointment the very next day!! Ernesto ands Kyrie arrived exactly on time. They are both polite, professional and extremely kind. they WORKED all day and did an amazingly excellent job! Once completed they contacted me to walk through and give my opinion-which I was at a loss for words! The place was night and day different. They made the place look like there was NEVER an issue to begin with. Please look no farther- If you need a Bio Hazard company call Bio-One of Tucson.

I liked their customer service response, after another vendor fell flat. The staff was courteous & professional, in their interactions. As a 1st time user of their services, one is not sure what to expect. Contract is overly long & broad. Got impression, that it was a take it or leave it, at bereavement time. Most onerous, was clause giving them carte blanch to publish any & all pictures, without permission or notice, etc. Should do more, with room fresheners, after process is completed.

On time, very professional and personable, focused on their work and made no comments about the hoarding situation they were cleaning. Everyone respectful, no joking around. such physically and emotionally strong, capable women! Oh, Ryan was strong too. Thank you.

Quick response in a time of desperate need and unfamiliar territory. Very compassionate to our situation and need. Walked us thru very patiently the insurance claim and did the right thing for me and my family. I would recommend. Thank you David.

What a wonderful job they did!! Very professional, friendly, and hard workers! My garage looks like I just moved in, with no trace of pack rats, nests, or rat feces. I definitely recommend them highly.
