I liked their customer service response, after another vendor fell flat.The staff was courteous & professional, in their interactions. As a 1st time user of their services, one is not sure what to expect. Contract is overly long & broad. Got impression, that it was a take it or leave it, at bereavement time. Most onerous, was clause giving them carte blanch to publish any & all pictures, without permission or notice, etc. Should do more, with room fresheners, after process is completed.

Bio cleanup is not a pleasant topic. Bio-One of Tucson made this experience incredibly positive. What an amazing company. Personal, compassionate communication.
